1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ship-It ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Ship-It provides SaaS boilerplate templates and digital products to help developers launch their applications faster. Our services include:

  • Digital template downloads
  • Code boilerplates and starter kits
  • Documentation and setup guides
  • Community access (for Pro users)
  • Email support

3. Payment and Pricing

Our products are sold as one-time purchases with the following terms:

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes
  • Payment is required in full before access to digital products
  • We accept major credit cards and payment methods supported by Stripe

4. No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Due to the digital nature of our products, which provide immediate access to downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed and access has been granted.

Please ensure you review all product descriptions, requirements, and features before making a purchase. If you have questions about a product, contact us before purchasing.

5. Digital Product License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital products with the following terms:

  • You may use the products for unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • You may modify and customize the code for your own use
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original templates
  • You may not create competing template products using our code
  • Attribution is appreciated but not required in your final products

6. Account Access and Security

Download access is provided through unique codes sent to your email address. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your access codes secure and confidential
  • Using download codes before they expire (7 days)
  • Downloading products promptly after purchase
  • Providing accurate email information for delivery

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ship-It and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship-It:

  • Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this service and its contents
  • Does not warrant that the service will be constantly available, error-free, or compatible with your setup
  • Provides no guarantees regarding the performance or results you may achieve using our products

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ship-It, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Support

We provide support through email for technical issues and questions about our products. Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours. Pro users receive priority support.

Support does not include custom development, extensive code modifications, or consultation services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ship-It operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
